there are options for non-sanding filaments if you're interested -- you just spray acetone or alcohol and it can smooth them in some cases. i have pretty massive wrist issues and i can't sand much myself so i understand! i will say wet sanding helps a lot with the dust too, or making a "sanding box"

honestly, cbeauty is still king for me for this -- i love flower knows, cheeryep, kaleidos, and girlcult, but i recently picked up a palette from cosmic brushes and adored it! ritual de fille has some of my favorites too in their 'eye gloss' line, but they're more metallics/shimmers than glitters.

This is a HUGE reason I have become so enamored and in love with TTRPGs — after branching out from DND a few years ago, my eyes have been opened to what’s possible, storytelling and gameplay wise, with one page of printer paper and an ink pen. There’s many stories to explore if you’re willing to try

This is esp prevalent in my video game circles of more “casual” folks — do you need to play another anime gatcha? There’s a bunch of wonderful games out there for less than a latte that have a lot to say, will challenge you, and don’t encourage gambling!!! But you need to TRY THEM!!!!!!!

People are so scared they won’t like something, and if they don’t like something that’s good, they attribute it to the game having an ethical failing or something. It’s okay to not like things or for things to just be okay, but if you never *try* anything, it’s over.
