I worked the 2024 election. Several people (usually older women) told me that they wanted to vote for RFK but were voting for Trump instead because RFK endorsed him. It was not something the polls or general zeitgeist had prepared me for so I was shocked when it kept coming up unprompted.

The detail that truly bothers me is that even after the non-medical people realized something bad was happening and called an ambulance, they had difficulty getting her out of the house. I think the news report yesterday said it was 45 minutes from entering to exiting the house?

I want them to ask him if they strapped any part of his body down in the MRI. If doing the brain, it’s a cage. I will say, given how nonchalant he is about the MRI, clearly the man is not claustrophobic.

I’m going to quibble with the “drugs that make it unnecessary to exercise to lose weight” framing. Any honest medical professional that prescribes these emphasises the importance of exercise—especially strength training—while taking these drugs to minimize the loss Is muscle. (1/2)
