If the information or security personnel removes somebody from a mass gathering they must clearly identify themselves including the first and last name. I am pretty sure that is to make it easier to contest such decisions in court.

AFAIK that's a USA thing. Here you would need to call the Police and the perpetrator would be charged with public indecency. Even courts can only prohibit one from participating in certain public spaces, namely (sport) mass gatherings and only as punishment for specified related crimes.

TBH spamming here doesn't appear to be effective. And things like mention spam can be easily killed with fairly simple notification filters like ignore mentions from new accounts or accounts with high %of mentions in posts.

IMHO spam should be illegal.

PS copyright should be handled by specifying what exactly was removed.
