I'm taking my definitions of de/humanizing from Virtuous Violence by Alan Page Fiske and Tage Shakti Rai, which they admit are not consistent with common academic definitions. but they make sense
We, the authors, would define moral disengagement as any effort to reframe the situation so that we no longer conceptualize our responsibilities and obligations in moral terms, and therefore cease to see ourselves as constrained by moral rules. We would define dehumanization as any case where we remove human mental capacities and emotions from people that we previously viewed as having those qualities in order to enable violence against them that is motivated by non-moral reasons. If violence is morally motivated, the violence in intended to regulate a relationship with a fully moral partner, against whom the perpetrator intends to inflict pain, injury, or death. There is no point in punishing or seeking revenge against a rock, tree, computer, automobile, snail, or turtle with no capacity for moral sentiments or reasoning, because they can't transgress relationships. But this in not at all how moral disengagement and dehumanization are defined in the literature, where behaviors such as fighting and lying are categorized as immoral a priori. Disengagement frameworks presuppose that moral motives must be peaceful, while dehumanization is measured by willingness to punish. This makes no sense. In cases of retributive violence, where a person wants to see someone suffer for what he has done, imbuing the person with the ability to think or intend is often crucial for seeing him as guilty for what he has done (Leslie et al., 2006), while imbuing the person with the capacity for experiencing pain and suffering may be crucially necessary in order for his punishment to have any moral meaning. In cases of retributive punishment, morally motivated perpetrators want their victim to feel pain, shame, humiliation, disgrace, or the fear and horror of dying precisely because the victim was capable of thinking, intending, and planning his actions. In these cases, perpetrators are not morally disengaged; they are morally engaged. Victims are not dehumanized; they are humanized.

it might also be due to Murasamemon being Perfect/Ultimate level. so far all e-pulse colors except Tomoro's have correlated to the outer colors associated with the Five Stars. Kyo has yellow, the outer color of metal. its inner color is white or silver. maybe Perfect Digimon use rarified e-pulse

Game Loop & Monster Hunting After character creation, the game usually starts with the Cottage Master prompting the party to discuss what they feel is missing from their cottage, or what might make it cozier. The CM then selects a monster who can shed the materials to craft the project, or one who is guarding that material. If necessary, the CM may provide more guidance in selecting a monster or project. Once the party has made their choices, they move into Adventure Mode, where they track and encounter the chosen monster. After the hunt, they return to their cottage to craft the desired item and gain Cozy Points (CP) to improve their cottage's coziness. Each session concludes with the players moving back to Cozy Mode; returning to their cottage or home base to rest, recover, and plan their next crafting project or recipe. The session might end with the group enjoying a meal together or admiring their newly crafted item in their cottage. More on Cozy Mode and Adventure Mode can be found on p. 22 and p. 26.
