I joined my friend’s family’s Thanksgiving 5 years ago, and it’s the most wonderful celebration. I am so grateful to be invited to their holiday annually. I identify as the cat in their family tree, as they feed me and let me show up at will.

The CDC has turned off its vaccine search tool.
The vaccines.gov site now gives an error when you enter a valid zip code.
They also removed text saying “Vaccines can help you stay healthy” and added a banner saying the site is being updated.

I am anti-Thanksgiving erasure.
HOWEVER I also am not having company until Friendsgiving this weekend, and got a Christmas tree today.

But really it’s for Friendsgiving several days later, and yes I got a 24.8 pound buddy. ON SALE.

My local church cancelled their weekly Hispanic praise and worship for tomorrow. The only other time they’ve cancelled in the past few years was when we had 10” of snow.
