Glad to hear you got out. I know it costs a lot of energy. I was out eating yesterday, used a wheelchair from the car to the restaurant. The food took too long to come out to the table, so I was out of energy and had to leave before the dessert. My neck just can't hold my head up for that long.

Humans generally don't understand how short time we have actually been here. How modern society is very new and moderne. And how much we have destroyed of the natural world in just the blink of an eye.

And not a Word about PEM. My Main problem is NOT fatigue or pain, it's PEM. I move, but if I move too much I get SO much worse for several days.
How can anyone write about movement/exercise for pwME without a word about PEM?
