You fumbled with your keys, fitting them into your apartment's lock. Ugh... today had been a long and stressful day at work, the kind that stretched minutes into hours. You were happy to be home. At least now you could relax, play video games, maybe have some dinner with your roommate. Although... something was off. The moment you opened the door, you were hit with a wave of heat, as if the apartment had gone up several degrees while you were gone. Had Luna messed with the thermostat? A smell of greasy, cheesy pizza permeated the air, and the whole place was dark, except for the TV glowing in front of the couch. "Luna? You there? Did you turn up the heat?" You squinted in the darkness. The kangaroo was normally around, lazing on the couch or playing video games. They preferred to take it easy most of the time, but they weren't typically asleep when you got home. You weren't met with her voice in response. There was just an oceanic gurgling, along with the methodical noise of... eating? Moaning? Something along those lines. Whatever the sound was, it felt obscene, reverberating in your chest and rippling throughout the whole room. What even was it? With a trickle of anticipation, you steeled yourself. You needed to know. You flicked on the light. The whole floor was covered in pizza boxes that had been ripped open, pillaged, and discarded without a thought. The remnants of a breakneck, messy feast. Meanwhile, the couch was nearly buried under something enormous, brown, and fuzzy, a heap of unopened pizza boxes on top of its gelatinous expanse. It looked like a stack of pancakes, or a pile of beanbag chairs, or... holy shit. "...Luna?" The blob didn't respond beyond jiggling a little, somehow reaching a flabby arm out to stuff more pizza into their mouth. They were barely even recognizable as a kangaroo; they were more like a pile of fatrolls with bloated, near-buried limbs and a gluttonous mouth. Only two parts of them had even partially maintained their shape. Their belly had swollen to the point where you were sure it could swallow your car and not even bulge, padded with what had to be multiple tons' worth of colossal rolls. Meanwhile, their rear had expanded into monstrous twin cheeks that wobbled with every movement she made, rising up over her head as if to swallow her in her own backfat. They were fat now, a wobbling mound of it. You approached Luna's enormous mass, circling the couch. She didn't seem conscious of your presence; you caught sight of her eyes, stuck in a vacantly gluttonous expression, and they didn't follow you. All of her limited focus was on an entire folded up pizza, which she was currently shoving whole into her mouth. It was difficult to believe the sheer size of the roo—you didn't know how a living being could get so colossally fat, much less in the span of a day. A gurgle filled the room again, stomach rumbling as it digested all the food Luna had packed into their gut. God, were they getting bigger? Even as you watched, their bulk thickened, rolls growing deeper, belly oozing further along the ground. The couch groaned in protest, long since collapsed but still with some room to be crushed under Luna's bloated enormity. "Mmrrrrpphhrppppp..." A moan of bliss transitioned into a sloppy belch as the last of the pizza vanished into Luna's mouth. Automatically, her pillowy arm reached for another from the pile. How could she still want more? You looked at her stomach, and even through the several feet of blubbery padding, you could see that it was stuffed strainingly full.
