I did not end up finishing more book books this year. I may end up completing the book I'm reading on ancient roman clothing though. I left The Fellowship of the Ring, The Farthest Shore, What Moves the Dead and some research books partly read. I did read a lot of comics though. These are my faves

I prefer "bad" hand lettering to "good" pre-made fonts in comics. I don't think fonts kill a good work, but I do always find them jarring unless the work has a more mechanical look to it. Preferences

If you ever have to write instructions for any reason, "instructions" like this are nebulous and unhelpful. I want to smack you for thinking this is anything but pointless. The button to amend a license isn't in that section by the by...nor does it seem to be anywhere.

NONE OF THIS SAYS "AMEND LICENSE" AND THE HELP BUTTON ABOVE IT SAYS THIS IS WHERE I'M SUPPOSED TO FIND THAT. PRESSING ANY OF THESE OPTIONS DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO AMEND THE LICENSE EITHER. I HATE YOU NYC LICENSING WEBSITE

I need to accept that, while I want to draw my comics on paper, I will have to edit the pencils digitally because they are a whole mess.

I forgot I also wanted to make washi tape like this. That's a task for...some point. I really need to work on comic stuff but I have been struggling terribly in the self esteem department.

I told myself, if I was going to design more pins, they'd have to be related to the project I'm working on. Have some fish jars, a fish mosaic and a panis quadratis that I still need to entirely figure out. Does anyone want these? Idk, but I made them anyway.
