I've been focused (and still are) on the RSB, but glancing through the various acts earlier this year it seemed to me that the BSA simply needs added 'other methods of transmission and dissemination' to the broadcast modes it covers and we suddenly have a harmonized regulatory regime. True that. Again the lack of the law being enforced by the police seems to be one of the legislations greatest failures

Agreed. The polices erratic approach to law enforcement is a real issue, but if they just did their job, their one job, without prejudice, the system should work reasonably well

We already have an office of the censor & broadcasting act - isn't the issue their failure to enforce the law?
