Tom Fontana started doing Looney Tunes stuff for the death sequences. It's tonal whiplash from one scene to the next. Someday I'll watch it all again.

So many The Wire and Law and Order guys in that. And JK Simmons of course. Oz is one of those ones that I want to go back to but I remember too many horrible sequences content and story wise. Also it gets real whacky.
