It’s one of a large and varied collection of sculptures in a park with rainforest, a lake, vineyards, trails, and some cool artworks. I couldn’t see an info plaque for this one tho. Still singing Johnny 😆

I love this. It’s great that you can enjoy your dad’s records again. My Dad was the one who’d happily take me into town to buy the latest longed-for 45 and then put up with hearing it on repeat when we got home. He’d be so pleased to see me enjoying this all over again, I like to think he is.

Yes I believe so. The fair, which I hadn’t planned for, was more fun tho. I was visiting and we don’t see many record fairs in my region.

Goodness that is a dreadful thing to have happen! Nothing like that here, just buying mainly CDs from late 80s, then left my vinyl collection when I emigrated. A few were returned to me last yr & a new Cure album was released - both events inspiring me to begin collecting again, and I’m loving it.

The Bromeswell Bucket episodes have been excellent watches, I really recommend them if you haven’t got to them yet.

I also remember seeing the shuttle (and Boeing of course) go over our house when it came to London. We were not too far from Stansted, I was oblivious but happened to look up at the right moment.

Plan to see the Mary Rose next time we are in the UK. Thanks for the TT heads up - love that show.

Yes, I remember the tv being wheeled in to the classroom for both of those events.

Hi Richard, here’s my #5debutalbums0004

1 ~ Come Away With Me | Norah Jones (5pts)
2 ~ Parachutes | Coldplay
3 ~ Riverhead | Goldenhorse
4 ~ Gorillaz | Gorillaz
5 ~ Hopes & Fears | Keane

Norah still treasured. Kiwi Goldenhorse was my trusty road trip album of choice for ages
