I still need to wash, block, weave in ends, and attach the buttons on this headband, but I love the tree shaped cabling. I didn't keep the tension right for the tree on the left side, but I'm hopeful that washing and blocking will help that even out a bit.

One of my recent knitting projects. The cabling turned out great, but it was too wide and loose to be the headband was trying to make it. Still, I'm proud of my cable work and looking forward to doing more in the future. I think I'll turn it into a little knit bag...

Lost the first half of today to migraine recovery. Still not quite all there, but maybe I'll still be able to do some of the things I wanted to do. In other news, Briar demanded I pull down this bolt of fleece for him and now it's his.

So, Tali was fine with being on her own for a day or two, but Briar will not be. Do I know anyone who would be able to cat sit the weekend of Feb 7 - 9? If not, I can hire a service, I'd just rather pay someone I know if at all possible. 😻
