A book is coming out this month that I was proud to write an endorsement for it before it was published. The title is Divine Wounds. It's about working with goddesses, and the path of the priestess as a tool of empowerment and healing.

Pomanders made with oranges and cloves are among my favourite festive decorations. I've often had a go at making them in the past, but found they went mouldy. This year I've had a go at making one that will hopefully last much longer. I've blogged with the trick.

The sun sets early in late November, often spreading beautiful colours across the sky. The photo shows a Sussex lake with bare trees reflected in the water in a lingering golden twilight. To me this is a time of calm reflection.

I've done a divination for the world using The Runes of Yggdrasil - cards showing runes with artwork by Freya Aswynn. I revealed Ehwaz. The image shows Odin's steed Sleipnir travelling between worlds via the rainbow bridge. I've blogged with an interpretation.
