Do you understand better the implications of raising fuel duty for rural communities now? Its not as simply as you have a choice, or suck it up your car is subsidised. Local shopping has been gutted whilst transport services have too.

What public transport? There isn't a proper public transport system where I am that means I have no choice but to drive miles to get to the main shopping centres.
