People are so unbelievably obnoxious. This was in response to a question I posted in a recreational therapy group on facebook about the type of liability insurance I’d need to carry if I were to do pro bono work to build up my consulting portfolio

This is nice but I’d rather you be using your resources to let us know what your contingency plan is for the next time these wires go down @septaphilly.bsky.social @septa-social.bsky.social . A letter with the technical specifics does nothing to speed up delays next time if there’s no plan

I would love it if once, JUST ONCE, the HOA would use correct grammar in an email. Yes, it’s just a missing comma but this is every time and I don’t feel like I can trust someone to manage contracts and make good decisions if they don’t even have a good handle on simple written word and vocabulary
