Saw similar in San Francisco. My friend paid $1200. Mo. For 2 bd. 3rd floor walk up. (Rent controlled) When she left it, the rent went to $5K. Whew! We have to do better. A 3 bd in Ohio is on sale for $107. K so affordable is out there but no jobs nearby
