You see white and purple egg capsules, which are vase-shaped and are clustered together in irregular rows and firmly attached to the substrate. They contain several eggs per capsule. They have a so-called “escape hatch” which is situated centrally on top of the egg capsule - which are visible. The hoof shaped are a feature of the family. On the right top you see few snails - Gyrineums -- they are just on the same rock at low tide, and their egg cells look very different.

Gravity became capricious; they fought half-submerged in the swirling, purple atmosphere, their sense of up and down violently discarded. Every swing of Gilgamesh's axe was a struggle against the universe's refusal to acknowledge its weight or direction, a betrayal of natural law.

I watched Gone With The Wind on the big screen (also for the first time) and I have a mixed bag of thoughts.

I don't think I would have ever watched it on the small screen (and put 4hr) in one go.
