I'm happy to announce that I, together with professors @adolfont.github.io and Marco Tulio Valente (UFMG), will be organizing the 1st Workshop on Software Engineering for Functional Programming (SE4FP), as a satellite event of @cbsoft.bsky.social! (1/2)🧶 #ElixirLang

With great satisfaction, I announce that my PhD thesis, titled "Code Smells and Refactorings for Elixir," is now publicly available! All the results and methodological details used in our research over the past three years can be openly accessed at: repositorio.ufmg.br/handle/1843/... #ElixirLang

Ph.D. completed! I’m so happy! I’d like to thank everyone in the Elixir community who helped along this journey. We still have results to share about refactorings and the disciplined removal of smells using sequences of refactorings. I hope to make them public soon! #ElixirLang

On October 19, 2024, I had the opportunity to reconnect with my students from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) and present my research on "Code Smells and Refactorings specific to Elixir," developed at UFMG. This was just the first step toward bringing Elixir to UFV #MyElixirStatus #ElixirLang
