They prioritized the offensive line but they just didn't do it correctly. They draft and sign the wrong players. Seems like the only thing they can pick are Centers these days. Other than that everyone else is either hurt or not very good.

Counting on young players to take so many significant snaps early on was probably the biggest determent. Would have been great to keep someone like Campbell who excels in the beginning of the season and tapper his playtime toward the end. That would have been good construction.

As you can see with Weaver, he was given substandard groceries and it has taken him some time to get acclimated. I would love to see him work with some quality talent. Could be a top 5 defense.

The thought did dawn when I listened to Travis today. The Dolphins can never win the division with 9 or 10 wins and get a favorable first round playoff matchup. Bills and Pats domination forces you to end up with 12 wins plus. Not an excuse but an observation.

I thought the defensive scheme being the same which hasn't happened in years would be a huge advantage. Boy was I wrong.
