CHCs are always working to solve for those barriers to care, implementing site-run transportation services, supplying bus vouchers, or establishing mobile units that bring healthcare services into communities. We are so proud to represent and advocate on behalf of these rural providers year-round!

While the LPCA's RCORP Program ended this summer, we will still be doing our part and hosting monthly meetings to connect Community Health Centers to support organizations, hospitals, and law enforcement in an effort to close gaps in care for those suffering from opioid use disorder. #endtheepidemic

Community Health Centers provide services on a sliding fee scale so that all services are high-quality, accessible, and affordable. Services can vary by location as each Health Center reflects the needs of the communities they serve!

Our work aims to provide education, advocacy, and technical assistance for those Community Health Centers and their patients who are mainly low-income, uninsured, or medically underserved. We're so excited to start fresh with you! 💙🧡
