In the same breath, we will talk about fairies, pretend with her dolls, be outdoor explorers, etc.

Acknowledging a child’s perception is not taking their childhood away. It’s giving them autonomy and boundaries to form their own healthy opinions.

My daughter adores Kamala and was sad when she lost the election. A woman in office is inspiring to a little girl.

She’s 5. She asks a lot of tough questions based on her observations.

I try my best to keep her optimistic about the future without lying to her that we have work to do.

And I shouldn’t have to do this. I shouldn’t have to feel unsafe for simply doing my job and walking to my car. What’s worse is knowing I’ll someday have to teach my daughters this same vigilance—the exhausting reality of constantly calculating risk.

But there I was: flashlight on, scanning under and inside my car before I even got close, keys gripped so tightly they left marks on my hand. My mind raced with every safety tip I’ve ever been told.

Aren’t batteries best in small use cases? Hydrogen seems to have potential in industrial uses if done properly.

P.S. This is definitely from a lay person’s POV. My husband is exploring the clean tech sector and the ARCH2 hub peaked his interest. I appreciate your willingness to engage!
