That being said, most of the fans of this show here in the west are completely illiterate and unable to understand why this episode was a gorgeous, poetic piece of writing, and are only here for beefy Maki doing cool action shit with gorgeous animation.

No but fr, if there's anything that I would've foreseen being called "Woke Garbage" by your least favorite grifters and roach men, it would've been this episode.

im probably one of the few people from texas (thank god i no longer live there) who is actively excited by the prospect of snowy weather
