Hydaelyn told me lightwardens keep eating her oracles so I asked how many oracles she has and she said she just goes to the lifestream and gets a new little girl to empower afterwards so I said it sounds like she’s just feeding oracles to lightwardens and then her warrior of light started crying

seeing the discourse of the day being gridania actually trying to improve while limsa is way worse than most people assume is pleasantly surprising

i agree with everything said here and I want to add to it: I think an unsung facet *of* shb's ability to make us care is letting us into the daily lives of the characters. all the bonds they've built up with others who aren't just the main party, what they've spent their extra time doing

yes ryne is a very popular character but i think people really sleep on her being the narrative glue of ShB
Everyone else involved in the plot had made their choice already, the Exarch went there to help no matter what, the Scions were going to fight even without his lies, but what about Ryne?

Very bummed about the removal of trash in Criterion dungeons, it was by far the most unique aspect of it, now it's three trials/raids with a corridor between them... I hope the bosses themselves have the mechanics to keep their pressure, but that's a serious blow to the content's place in the game.

The mod is just options to turn off parts of them, since I liked them but found them too visually busy next to old gear
