The evidence suggests that with UBI people tend to pursue work that helps others - volunteering at hospitals, restoring nature etc, the capitalist pursuit of more money is sidelined with UBI.

With UBI all these become redundant I think 🤔 or at least it levels the playing field between employers and employees 🤔
