I wrapped it for a few hours last night & it seems to have helped a bit!
I tend to accidentally aggravate it while i'm trying to sleep a lot

I almost kept my walking boot myself but I ended up hating it so much that I threw it away as soon as I could get away with it. It was necessary but awful

It's always good to have reusable supplies like that on hand. I still have light support ankle braces from after I broke my ankle
