Changing Balin to Saiga in my AU (and Ori to a Tufted Deer but I haven't finished art yet). Nori, Thorin and Bilbo are just for a drawing practice; I don't like a fox and a wolf choice since I can't draw them decently. Bunny Bilbo is ok though.
