They should sue the Republican Party, not the government or taxpayers.

The government will be Democratic by the time the case gets through the courts, and Trump's victims will be paying for Trump's sins.

And now Bulwarkers have waited nearly a year before finally raising opposition to the same crimes in Venezuela.

Why?

The parties that comprise The Bulwark all supported war crimes in Iraq, Gaza, and long ago in Central America, the Philippines, and South Africa.

And like Netanyahu, for decades Bulwarkers criticized Hamas in public while aiding Hamas under the table to ensure a need for permanent occupation.

But Walsh feeds the right-wing delusion anyway.

Joe Walsh uses the same fear tactic every time he falsely accuses conservative Democrats of fealty to "transgender Marxists": bogeymen who are as real as unicorns.

The Democrats have never supported "gender ideology" or "Marxism"; the most they ever did was say trans people shouldn't be harassed.

• Lower reported empathy among conservatives. Surveyed respondents who identify as more conservative report lower empathic concern and greater anger/indifference toward out-groups, which in turn predicts harsher health policy attitudes.
