Tsukiyo Progress Report #1
Something of an "announcement" of the project, a summary of the game on a basic conceptual level. I wanted to make this so that it would be possible to express what kind of game I intend to create. I have nothing more to share for the time being. More work must be done...

Began recording Labyrinth of Touhou Tri Lunatic boss refights. The early bosses are pretty easy when going back with all the passive character upgrades, shouldn't take too long for it to pick up though.

Began recording Labyrinth of Touhou Tri Lunatic boss refights. The early bosses are pretty easy when going back with all the passive character upgrades, shouldn't take too long for it to pick up though.

Didn't actually get to sit down and listen to MuryokuP's new song until just now. Splendid performance. I really like how they utilize piano melodies with the heavy rock/metal stuff they do, that contrast between the two.

Been kinda tempted to try out Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel as of late, but I'm wary of f2p games. Would be a better way to spend free time like lunch breaks at work though. I haven't played YGO since the GX era, but I wasn't any good back then anyway. Might be fun to give it a try.

Fiance and I have still been slogging through One Piece. About 2/3rds through Whole Cake Island. Was nice to see that the animation team had a lot of fun with Germa 66's henshin sequence. It was evident that was where most of the episode's budget went, but hey. It stood out nicely for it.

Saw this article and it's about as junky as a typical game journalist (personal grievance in saying Malenia gets a *full* second health bar when it's actually 80%), but bonus for using one of Sekiro's few bosses that has *three* health bars, not two, for the thumbnail. Why not just use Guardian Ape.

With all the horrible things just this first week of the new year, I feel like I can't really just ignore it and talk about normal things. But at the same time, it's difficult to talk about anything else if I do that, and I don't want to only talk about the horrors being inflicted on others.

ICE agents spot my fiance and I, accuse her of being a non-citizen because she's not white. When shown her state ID, they declare it fake and apprehend her anyway. I object, fearing for her safety, and am shot dead for it.
That can happen to anyone now.

Following up on this. That Black Gryph0n guy ended up buying the plane (RV-7 model) and finished all the training and such to be able to fly it unsupervised. Fiance showed me he posted pictures of the plane on Twitter. A little surreal a plane my dad and I built ended up in a celebrity's hands.
Used to help my dad build planes when I was younger. He put one up for sale online and ended up selling it to some singer named Black Gryph0n. My girl was baffled I didn't know the guy. Guess he's kinda famous online idk. Just think it's funny how it turned out.

Was a little busy the last couple days, but now's a good time to do a New Year's thing.
Guess the first thing to note is that I made zero progress on learning to draw, between work, spending time with my fiance, and playing games. Something I need to fix this year. It's going to be a busy one.

Was dragged into watching Marty Supreme by my fiance after she read good things about it. I rather strongly disliked the narcissistic, self-destructive, impulsive conman of a protagonist. On the other hand, my fiance liked it precisely because he was such a trashy excuse for a human being. Ah well.

Fiance put the new episodes of Stranger Things on and we both slogged on through. Every minute of interest was sandwiched by 10 minutes of misplaced human drama. It nails the aesthetics great, but just about everything else is so painful. Can't care about a single one of those characters. Boring.

Fiance gifted this for Christmas. Very thoughtful gift, I had mostly forgotten about this.
My girlfriend pointed this one out to me and said "this looks like something you would like", and sure enough the cover artist was Rolua! Sick cover art. Variety of artists in this one though, hard to say if the rest of it would be as good...
