Nicktoons & the Dice of Destiny was a Simple yet Decent ARPG, SpongeBob Titans of the Tide was a Great 3D Platformer & now this New Avatar Fighting Game has already showed a TON of Depth & Potential with it's Mechanics!

Well, Dice of Destiny is currently 50% Off (aka, $25) on Steam, while Digimon Time Stranger is $70 on Steam! Personally, I'd go for the former, but it's ultimately your choice to make...

His NU Model is unironically MUCH better in terms of Proportions & Accuracy to his 2D Design! The Only Thing that's worse are the Eyes aka, his Pupils are WAY Too Big! A Mistake that Recent 3D Models for Danny thankfully didn't make.

That's Good to Hear! Tho given that You seem to be a just Nintendo Player, I will say that if You ARE going to give it a Shot, get the Switch 2 Version! The Switch 1 Port isn't Awful, but from what I've seen, it looks & runs significantly worse than the Steam & PS5 Versions...

Short Answer: Yes!
Long Answer: I played Solo & it's Decent Fun! Definitely on the Simple & Easy Side for a ARPG (so don't expect Anything Super Deep or Crazy) but it's an Overall Cute & Fun Little Game, especially if You're a Nicktoons Fan! I recommend getting it on either PS5 or Steam...

Like, Danny has always looked off whenever his 2D Design is directly translated into a 3D Space, with the Closest Attempts that looked the LEAST Off being his Models in Nick Kart Racers 3 & SMITE! The Fortnite Proportions also REALLY doesn't help either...

Sun Wukong doesn't have a True Giant Demon Form in the 1592 Novel!
He does change into a Giant with 3 Heads & 6 Arms a few times, but that's just a Form that He copied off from Nezha in Chapter 4! The "Were-Monkey" Form in KOEI's Saiyuki is more of a Direct Reference to Oozaru from Dragon Ball...

Didn't expect the Film to use Yellow Brow King (from Ch 65 in the 1592 Novel) as the Main Villain, but it was a Great Suprise! Also, the Rooster's Paintings being Nods to Various Iterations of Xiyouji was Really Funny & Cute...

I mean, it released on ALL Major 6th Gen Consoles + PC, so the "for the PS2" feels needlessly specific! Heck, MOST 6th Gen Licensed Games (besides like KH1 or CN Racing) weren't PS2 Exclusives!

Also, YES!!! Titans of the Tide IS that Good! Seriously, in Terms of Movement, Platforming, Puzzles & EVEN the Bosses, Purple Lamp have truly outdone themselves! This is a Genuinely Great 3D Platformer that (like BfBB) truly validates The Absorbent Yellow One's Spot in the Gaming Landscape! (2/2)

Aka, he FULLY embraces the silliness of the Disney Characters while ALSO having Sora, Riku, Kairi, the Final Fantasy Gang & even Organization XIII act & feel more like ACTUAL people! Admittedly, Kingdom Hearts I & II did do this well at times, but Shiro Amano does it well CONSISTENTLY! (2/2)
