It's the aesthetic of the album I'm disappointed in not the music. I've seen showgirl pop done right 15 years ago by Christina, and I was really hoping we were going that way. Especially with Sabrina being featured on the album, alas her we are still bejewelled.

Life has been brighter lately. Lots of traveling with family, and exploring one of my favourite cities. London has me for another year, but who knows where I'll be come next spring x

I asked my husband (a chronically bad gifter) for one thing this year, a chunky scarf in either: maroon, light or dark grey. Those are the only three colors I said, nothing about a pattern. I hate patterns. Can't wait for tomorrow to see how he did 🫡
