So I tried with npm (the good old one) with corepack. Same issue 😶 I will make a reproduction, maybe this is only on my project 😅 Saw several people getting the same issue I guess github.com/nuxt/content...

I will try again with your advices but I am pretty sure this is not working. Maybe this is not related to Nuxt Content and more on Vercel side.

Using bun for this project and yes better-sqlite3 is present in the trusted dependencies.

Better-sqlite3 on server side. Getting from server: Module did not self-register: '/var/task/node_modules/better-sqlite3/build/Release/better_sqlite3.node'.
This is working fine on node 22 but not on node 24 🤷♂️

When I was doing Vue 2 code the convention was template first but now I use exclusively script setup first with Vue 3. It makes more sense when you have defineProps and all the composantes for a component, all the logic first then the template.
