Oooh wow. I should take notes too 😆 We did a soy glaze that bakes so black it makes your turkey look burnt... but it actually does taste good hahah. We didn't get a perfect one either though. Best of luck with your endeavors!! 🫡

Yes!! Chinese sausages have a lot of flavor (and grease, so... splurge with caution LOL) so it combines to make a really nice umami flavor. And of course soy sauce is essential :)
The fat also keeps the rice from sticking to itself too badly, so it's a fitting combo :D

Oooohhhhhh that's some luxurious corn bread. Yum!

My family's not big on stuffing so we stuffed our turkey with sticky rice and Chinese sausage. The turkey fat flavors the rice and it's stick-to-your-ribs delicious...
Also: chicken gnocchi soup, key lime pie, and chocolate mousse :D All homemade!
