My analysis of data from 19 European countries finds similar trends, with health impairments among students doubling on average over the past decade.

You're right - it seems the pardon didn't just cover those convicted, but also those awaiting trial or sentencing

But that still wouldn't include anyone who didn't fall under those categories at the time (20 Jan 2025)

Headline is slightly misleading, what the survey - of 1k people - showed was a preference to being born in 1975, not really living in the 1970s
