Because we'd been friends 20 yrs and because she was one of the main people who convinced me to get help in the first place, and because I deeply trusted her, I reached out to her. She accused me of "emotionally blackmailing" her because I asked her for help. That was really difficult.

As for her, it's honestly such a wave of emotion finding out she's been treating other people this way. I really deeply trusted her and took her threats and aggression to be my fault.

I had a period where I was really struggling to convince myself to keep taking my meds.

This seemed untrue so I went and checked and every GBVS SSBA I checked is more than 10 seconds long. The DBFZ Bardock super that everyone memed about is also 10 seconds long. 10 seconds is the same length as the longest SF4 cinematics that got hate, like Zangief's ultra 2.

i've been using my SAD lamp and that helps somewhat but i'm crashing regularly in the evenings and have trouble getting anything done, even fun stuff

Last I spoke with her, she bounced between super friendly and extremely hostile/actively threatening me. In retrospect, she seemed to be going through severe paranoia and maybe psychosis, ascribing malicious intent to everything I said/did, and accusing me of scheming/manipulation. Very upsetting.
