this was the first thing I wrote in the new year and it resonates more now than it did even just a few days ago. I feel like I was meant to find something in myself that I’ve kept locked away and now it’s all rushing out and it’s scary and it’s new and I wanna explore it.
I wanna trust that my place in this world isn't a fluke; I wanna know that l'm here for a reason. The divine divide of parallel lines we walk in tandem with our paws outstretched to one another. The warmth of your eyes and the sharp of your bite keep me reaching, begging. If I could only get a grip, I think l'd be better.
