well.. it's a bit complicated but you'd be changing the global windows theme. mpt just happens to use that, there's no setting within it that actually lets you change the ui to dark

i'm actually planning on continuing work my own tracker someday if i end up having free time for it. want it to control like lsdj (though obviously with more keys) and look like renoise/osctet like you mentioned. it'll be sample-based though, so only useful for making fakebit in terms of chiptune..
