I've also used www.selectblinds.com and found their stuff to be good, if not 100% blackout.
If you're OK with this looking a little janky, I was able to hack something together in an afternoon with some blackout fabric from a fabric store that I cut to size and hung via grommets from brad nails tacked in at the top of the window trim. It's not beautiful but worked for my baby's room.
