FWIW it is more diverse than that, I'm guessing they're just used to picking the controversial North American names to make sure that people actually feel incentivised to come. They had Jensen Huang on a few days ago.

The timing to IPO also seems off to me - discretionary spending on sports will be among the first to go in a recession + people are already weary of expensive races, shoes and kit.

For those who want to read about the lawsuit, but TLDR it's about segments, user-created parts of a route on which athlete efforts can be ranked. It's really dumb and minor.
