Yes, very true. It’s certainly a lot better than it was when I was doing A levels though, and both of the exam boards I’ve taught recently have some open book exams.

A Level Lit has open book exams - it’s helpful to memorise quotes to demonstrate understanding but students can also paraphrase!

I do both - I have different friends in each and of course there’s a very different vibe! Twitter often gets a bit too much - too nasty on the fyp, but there are still good communities on there.

It was ace! Not my favourite - I liked last week’s SO much, but actually all the ones this series so far have been brilliant.
