anyway one of my favourite parts of the pdf was the calculator drawing because I used it alot for my own playtests. thats it

It also (attempted) to be written so it outlines the different tools one can use to attempt this exercise. Something that breaks down what each part of the system does so you can subsitute it to your needs and preferences.

I think one could get play out of this document, but I think the joy of making something is what's being circled in this text. Just making a neat map at the end :>

Despite referring to it as a game in this thread and its inspirations, my final call with this is calling it a worksheet instead. It definitely could be pitched as a game, but I don't really write out the process as a game, or prompt game-like play.

The 3D model in the post took almost as long as assembling the pdf. Pure panic of "how do I post about this" and the brain answering "those infomericals where the product rotates" and went from there.

I dunno, it just was the random spark of inspiration to finish up a thing. I'm not a graphic designer nor a layout artist by any means but it just made me want to work in that space a little bit, amaturish and all!

@possibleworlds.bsky.social's Hex Card tool knocked around my head long before this ask. It's a very neat activity and i loved the potential ideas the images prompted for a space so it naturally bubbled up in an idea of a worldbuilding system

This project was just a skeleton of a system made because our GM asked me if there was a game the group could play to flesh out the campaign's world map. Eventually after checking some out, I whipped up my own system to better fit the request.
