The most important q: we did ravioli, tortelloni, another stuffed one that I don't remember the name of, tagliatelle, and a penne type one! The stuffing was a ricotta and spinach 🤌🤌🤌 and it was all SO good

Anyways, I have no conclusion, because my brain doesn’t work as fast as Roxane Gay’s does but I’ll be thinking on this for a while.

Which my instinct is that we are more willing to see the humanity of AI systems than women and queer people as we question whether AI systems have freedom of speech, etc

As pregnant people in the US are being killed because of draconian laws and the repeal of Roe v. Wade, because they are not seen as full people independent of their reproductive organs, we are talking about how these AI systems are human-like and we engage with them like friends, partners, coworkers

But it got me thinking because in the realm of my research of AI and trust, there is a lot of discourse on the anthropomorphism of these systems and the idea that people engaging with them as if they are people. (Which is by design).

I had so much fun talking about my research on trust and AI. The questions that individuals had were excellent and I am feeling more energized today than I was yesterday! #pint25 #phdsky #trust #AI
