RIGHT!!??? Why do they keep including that caveat in addition to “we have not independently verified this”? I’m so angry at the MSM for several reasons. I’m sick of the capitulation while they think we’re not smart enough to witness said capitulation.

Yes. It’s a hearing for the county to present its motion to dismiss. The judge will decide whether to dismiss or allow the case to move forward.

I posted the latest video from ETA discussing the lawsuit. Nathan is right. Now that the case is filed all of us need to put relentless pressure on the media, and elected democrats everywhere to step up, and stop ignoring this. We actually have the power to force them to do their job!!

Well, let’s hope we get a judge that understands the urgency the case needs. ETA already told Pennsylvania they’d pay for the recount audit. You’d think they would participate in that now instead of having to go to court.

I mean, I’m pretty certain that the state will fight to keep from verifying the election, which is nonsensical, but here we are. Discovery can take a long time.

I’m still concerned about time. Our legal system moves very slowly. The Rockland County case has been dragging on for months. I’m worried our country won’t survive another 6+ months while a court case goes on. Is there any legal precedent to adjudicate this case quickly?
