something you’d see in va-11 hall-a or 2064. utilizing darks and a few light colors to indicate the underbelly of the city. arcadion doesn’t feel like a huge ass pc tower, it’s an overbearing skyscraper specifically located in the middle/lower city to entice those younger and less fortunate–

happens to have futuristic technology. i think they could’ve taken something inspiration from many “we’re far in the future” games like 2064 ROM, cyberpunk, mirror’s edge, va-11 hall-a, etc. you can do “dystopian yet lively” city (example: mirrors edge) without making it so miserable to look at.

at least cyberpunk 2077 manages to have futuristic fashion without making your eyes scream for mercy. they could’ve taken something from edgerunners book with how they do outfits/fashion in futuristic setting.
