I could have doctors poke and prod more in private, sensitive places, and deal with medication side effects trying one after another, or I could occasionally need some diaper rash cream? Nah. I'll just go in my diaper, thanks. I don't even care if I know when I'm wetting my diaper.

I could fret about knowing where a bathroom is, how to get there on time, and what to do if there isn't a bathroom handy... or I can let my diaper handle it all and change my diaper later when it's full or uncomfy and I find a place? I'm just not seeing any motivation to seek incontinence treatment.

I could wear thin, uncomfy, bland underwear... or I could wear thick, fluffy, soft, cute diapers. Why would I want the former?
