I hate to spend 4 days in a row in my room, then on Wednesday i go therapy and try to heal but instead i heard the same "i cant help you like this, you do need to meditate, do yoga, take your pills correctly, go to work and classes" i do know i have to do homework, i just cant, please dont leave me
