Shown here is a photo taken at 109 North Broad Street in downtown Lititz. Several years ago, it was Bob Enck's garage, and then later it served as an automobile dealership which sold Kaiser Frazer cars. Currently, the structure houses The American Legion.

Between 1965 and 1999, the Lititz Public Library called this building on South Broad Street in downtown Lititz its home.

Salem Lutheran Church in Kissel Hill first began with the cornerstone laying on June 1st 1823, after a one-acre lot was purchased for $60. The total cost of construction, after all of the labor and materials, came to a total of $2,060.22.

Shown here is a circa 1955 photograph of the Animal Trap Company located at 69 North Locust Street, Lititz. Several years later, the business would change its name to Woodstream Corporation.

During the 1960s, former LHF president Hiram Eberly created several hand drawn sketches of early Lititz. Seen here is just one of the many he produced, and illustrates a portion of Main Street during the 1870s.

Photo Day! Seen here are students from the Warwick Township High School, who posed together on an autumn day to have their picture taken. Opened in 1910, this institution housed grades one through twelve. This school would eventually cease when it merged with Lititz High School in 1956.

Here’s a photo of Major John R. Bricker and his G.A.R. regiment which held a reunion in Lititz Springs Park in 1902. Bricker is standing in the back row, fifth from the left. The G.A.R., or Grand Army of the Republic, was a fraternal organization made up of veterans who served in the Civil War.

Beginning in the 1940s, Henry Tennis operated a very successful coal business in Lexington, a hamlet which is just north of Lititz.

The Reading and Columbia Railroad’s No. 729 train car is shown here situated along the Millway train station during the 1930s. This stop, located between Ephrata and Rothsville, picked up passengers as well as freight.

In 1905, Frank Bentz (right) would take over the Brunnerville Iron Foundry. Often, he would set up exhibits of his products at both the Lancaster and Reading Fairs with products including Farmer’s Friend” cellar grates, troughs, and window sashes. Bentz is seen here with his wife
