Great time in Malmö! There was a flood of great news which was thrilling! And some creative brainstorming that I really appreciated and loved. Some sad news still and a few worried souls, I hope we take care of them all as an industry cause I really love it here!

On my way to SF and leaving a snow storm behind in Trondheim. Thought I would at least be lucky to see the moon eclipse, but no such luck in this weather!

Bus driver entertained the fully packed bus by singing Åge Aleksandersen, on the way to work this morning. I found it to be an utterly delightful way to start my day!

I'm absolutely bursting with pride over the teams that are participating in our accelerator program, @spawnpointtrd.bsky.social ! I threw them in the trenches and they've listened to feedback and their dreams to figure out who they are, what game they're making and to who! They're magnificent! ❤️

I have arrived in Helsinki for SLUSH! The amazing joy I got from the hotel being within eyesight as I stepped off the train and the pleasure of checking in to a clean and friendly hotel! Some of life’s journeys are great, indeed! Who else is here?

I had the absolute best time welcoming the game studios that are our first members of Spawn Point Trondheim, an accelerator program for game studios in Norway. We had Martijn van Zweiten here to give a workshop on creating game companies and how to run them, which was FANTASTIC!

I’m really enjoying this book by Paul Slade deepdiving into murder ballads. I first heard of it listening to Dolly Parton’s America where she talks about how she’s a real appalachian girl who loves sad ass songs about murder spotify.link/qQ52h6RyYDb and I became enthralled!
