I'm a retired landscaper. After moving in to take care of my father in law, after he passed I decided to use his workshop. You can only make so much stuff for your house, so I've expanded a bit.
I got this in high school. I'm not saying when, but it's been quite awhile. It's still appropriate today.

This is Luna. She faked having a paw injury after her human hurt their leg. Figured they felt silly hopping around like that and thought it'd be less embarrassing if she did it too. 13/10 (IG: claassenam)

You want a tall chair for the sun room and a table that you can split in two? Make your own.

I have some bad news. One, if you need to use ChatGPT for your graduate application letter, you are not ready for graduate school.

Two, no, not "everyone is doing it" and those who don't do it aren't "losing out." ChatGPT is not an advantage.
An impressive number of graduate applications this year used the phrase “curiosity-driven approach” 🤔

I love the idea of a hidden space. This burned pine table with the rose burned in it is my first try with a hidden door. On Etsy I got some likes, but no one wanted it.

Everyone needs a napkin holder. Especially if it's a live edge spalted dogwood one. The wood came from my backyard. Not hard to make. Just had to wait for the wood to dry out and 1 year later, voila!

This is a tray I made for a friend. The lighting is crap for the first picture. Sweet Gum tray with a purple heart mermaid. Sweet gum is a trashy tree, but it's wood is awesome! The mermaid is a naturally purple wood inlay. No stains or other kinds of color were used, only a clear coat covers this.

I made this charcuterie board for my neighbors. Their dog is a prima Dana and a total sweet heart.

What do you do with the antique ice tongs that you've had forever? Make a lamp!
