I loved this book, and so excited for Karen. Congratulations!

Endings have always been harder for me than beginnings. As a younger poet (like many, I think) I felt the urge to wrap up a poem in a clever way, or with some epiphany. But I'm increasingly drawn to poems that resist closure and leave lots of room to wander and wonder.

Now that I've finished up my MFA, I have more time for book inhalations!

Given our shared interests, Pamela, this sounds like a book I immediately need in my library! I happen to share a birthday with Gary Snyder, which I think is pretty cool.

The world would be a much better place if we did.
