I'm old, but I always felt that pressure to pay for website hosting and whatever. I remember being in college and there was a bit of elitism to it, like "If you don't BUY your own domain name and hosting, you're not a real artist." So silly.

This year I am going to work on all new content to add to my online portfolio. I was looking at it a few days ago and I'm just not happy with anything in it.
I like my #indiecomics and #art within it, but I really need stronger samples (and to generally improve my art).

I finished these little #embroidery pieces for pendants a few months ago. This was my first time incorporating beads. The top right is my favorite. I haven’t assembled the pendants yet. (these are from kits)

This year, I’m trying to be more mindful of where I devote my time. Less doomscrolling and more creative projects. Working through a ton of #embroidery projects in between comic work.
